The Franklin County Circuit Clerk's Office provides services to the general public regarding the filing of lawsuits, case processing of civil lawsuits, case processing of criminal lawsuits, the collection of fines and court costs, record preservation and any other service related to the cases filed in the Franklin County Circuit Court.
